By ordering any compounds from Alfarma s.r.o., the customer automatically agrees with the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. We advise any potential customer to read these carefully before purchasing anything from our website.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Alfarma s.r.o. sells its products only to legitimate institutions and businesses. We do not sell to private individuals. By purchasing any product offered by Alfarma, the customer agrees that such an item is to be used for research purposes, and not for medicinal, veterinary or any household use. All compounds must be assumed to be potentially dangerous, especially if no toxicological assessment is available and only experienced personnel should manipulate them. The customer also agrees that it is his duty to perform any research with purchased compounds within suitable facilities with all necessary safety equipment and complies with adequate safety procedures. The customer further agrees that Alfarma s.r.o. cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by actions of a third party with the compounds purchased from us.
Although we manufacture and sell our products in compliance with the law of the Czech Republic , some substances on offer may be listed as controlled compounds in other countries. Hence, customers bear full responsibility for observing legal restrictions effective in their countries. DEA licence or its equivalent will be required for ordering controlled substances. Customers are thus strongly advised to check the legal status of any particular compound in their country of residence before ordering.
We may alter the text of the above Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice. An acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions of Sale makes the customer responsible for any infringement of the above stipulations.
Prices
All prices listed in our Catalogue are in Euros F.O.B. Prague, Czech Republic. They are informative only and subject to alterations without prior notice. Our price quotations are guaranteed to be valid for 20 (twenty) days after accepting the order. Freight costs and taxes, if applicable, will be added to the invoice.
Enquiries
Please send us our catalogue number and the quantity of any required compound or at least full chemical name of compound. In some cases, stereochemical descriptors might be required or a structure drawing might be required. Providing a CAS Number, whenever available, would greatly facilitate the process.
Ordering
Please include the following information in your purchase order:
Company info – VAT or equivalent tax No., -billing address. -shipping adress, -ZIP-code
Contact person info – full name, -title/position, -e-mail, – telephone
Catalogue order number and quantity of the product required.
Terms of sale are 30 (thirty) days from the date of the invoice.
In case of Controlled Substances to be shipped to the USA
Your purchase order must include:
a) Your Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration number;
b) The address where the substance is to be delivered must exactly correspond to the name and address as given on the DEA form.
c) A 55 euros is charged by Alfarma to cover the paperwork required by the DEA. The charge is the same, regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders for Schedule I and II compounds must be accompanied by a filled DEA Form 222
All ordered items will be usually dispatched within 48 hours. All ordered compounds above 500 euros can be insured, if required, for 50% or 100 % of the quoted price. Delivery period naturally depends on the destination and desired mode of dispatching the compounds.
European Union
International Recorded Delivery – All International orders are shipped via Parcelforce. The process is fully trackable online. Depending on your location, the delivery takes 4 to 7 days.
Airsure International – It is fully trackable online and the parcel takes 3 to 5 days to arrive, depending on your location.
UPS Express Letter – This is a fully trackable service. Delivery takes 1 to 3 days. For more details on shipping times to your country, contact us.
Please note, that the delivery periods are just estimates that cannot be guaranteed by Alfarma. Any potential disputes should be taken up with the delivery service companies.
